Jeff Browning has been competing in ultramarathons for over 25 years. Known as "Bronco Billy," he has accumulated over 40 career ultra wins, with more than 30 at the 100-mile distance, placing him second in the world for most 100-mile wins ever. He is a seven-time Hardrock 100 finisher and 2018 Hardrock champion, and set the 2016 world record for the Western States/Hardrock "Double" (completing both races in 42:12:43). He holds the supported FKT for the 490-mile Colorado Trail in just over seven days, and the supported FKT for a quad crossing of the Grand Canyon. He is the only man over 50 to be ranked in the top ten of UltraRunning Magazine's North American Ultra Runner of the Year, an honor he has received eight times. Browning is also an endurance coach and contributor to Altra's product development.
