Cam-assisted braking belay device for single ropes from 8.5 to 11mm diameter. Anti-panic handle locks the cam if pulled too hard. Steel friction plate and stainless steel cam. Weighs 175g. The current GriGri+ adds a top-mode switch for lead belaying and a redesigned cam for smoother rope feeding.
