Lachlan Morton is an Australian professional road and gravel cyclist riding for EF Education-EasyPost. In 2021, he completed his "Alt Tour," riding the entire Tour de France route self-supported in 18 days, finishing five days ahead of the peloton after 5,510 km and 220 hours of riding. He completed the 2,670-mile Tour Divide route in 12 days, 12 hours, and 21 minutes in 2023, the fastest known traverse, though it was not ratified as an official FKT due to the presence of a media crew. In 2020, he held the Everesting world record at 7:29:57, and in 2024, he set a new record for cycling around Australia in 30 days, 9 hours, and 59 minutes.
